It also describes your rights and choices with respect to your information, and how you can contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

6.Data Security. We take reasonable measures to protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Please note that if you decide to opt-out of receiving marketing information or request that we discontinue providing your personal information, your change in preference will only affect future contacts; if the information already has been provided to third-parties, they may continue to use it.

9.Use of Services by Minors. Our Services are not intended for Users under the age of 18, and no one under the age of 18 may provide any information to the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, do not use or provide any information to the Services, use, or interact with the Services in any way. 10.Retention. We may retain information about you for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we process it. Some of your information may be retained in our systems even after you request your information to be deleted in order to comply with our obligations under applicable law, prevention of fraud and abuse, analytics, collect fees owed, resolve disputes, enforce our legal rights, or where we otherwise reasonably believe that we have a legitimate reason to do so, as permitted under applicable data protection law.
